Recycling for your old catalytic converters: It makes no difference to us whether your old catalytic converter is a third-party product or whether you purchased a catalytic converter from us. As we recycle the old catalytic converters, we recover some of the precious metals used, which we use again for the production of our catalytic converters.

Returns - I am returning my old catalytic converters (up to 31.5 kg) and have filled in and printed out the DHL parcel label (see above). There is a €10 shipping charge per parcel.Collection - My used catalytic converters (from 31.5 kg) are to be collected - shipping costs of €50 (up to 100 kg) or €85 (from 100 kg) per pallet will be charged. After sending the form, we will organize the collection for you.I'll drop off the old catalytic converters.

The calculation is made after receipt and inspection of the old catalytic converter at the factory. The basis for calculation is the diameter and the matrix height. The credit note is net. No compensation for SC catalytic converters.
ATTENTION: If there are no more precious metals in the catalyst, Emission Partner reserves the right not to pay out any remuneration.

No compensation for SC catalysts. Disposal costs are incurred for SCR & ALHS catalysts and SC full extrudates. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit note in the event of insufficient or incorrect data.
