Optimum exhaust gas aftertreatment
for a clean measurement.
Your partner for exhaust gas aftertreatment
With the introduction of the 44th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (44th BImSchV) in June 2019, the measurement intervals for exhaust gas measurements were also adjusted. An annual exhaust gas measurement for the emission parameters nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide and formaldehyde is now mandatory for stationary engines, regardless of the type of gas. This also applies to engines that do not receive the emissions reduction bonus under the EEG. Sulphur oxide and dust (only for spark-ignition engines) must also be measured every three years. To ensure compliance with the stricter emission requirements, you must be optimally prepared for the measurement.
The perfect combination of a well-prepared exhaust gas measurement, a high-quality catalytic converter combined with optimum engine settings ensures that all engine operators reliably comply with official requirements and biogas operators maintain their emission reduction bonus.
Emission Partner offers these emission measurements in cooperation with the best measurement institutes in Germany and prepares the operators optimally for this important measurement date.

Emi-Log: Emission Clean Detection
The 44th Ordinance of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchV) replaces the previously applicable TA Luft, which has regulated emissions from combustion engines since 2002. All installations subject to licensing > 1 MW and all installations with < more than 1 MW thermal input are affected by this.
The regulations were further specified by the Federal/State Working Group for Immission Control (LAI) on the basis of VDMA standard sheet 6299 and extendedto all systems that receive the emission reduction bonus.
With the adoption of the 44th BImSchV in June 2019, Emission Partner launched the EMI-LOG emission monitoring system on the market to offer you as an operator a simple, stable and functional solution. The EMI-LOG is an engine manufacturer-independent and self-sufficient solution for all engine types, and in addition to continuous compliance with emission limits, you can also meet the requirement for effective operation of your catalytic converter . The data to prove effective operation of the exhaust gas aftertreatment system are stored in compliance with GDPR, both locally and accessible to you in a cloud. By concluding a service contract, you will receive automated monthly/annual reports as proof for your authority.

Measure for yourself!
With our rapid formaldehyde tester, you can quickly and easily analyze the formaldehyde concentration in the flue gas – for all combined heat and power plants.
This allows the functionality of the catalytic converter to be checked directly and the timing of the catalytic converter replacement to be planned more precisely*.
*The measurement does not replace an emission measurement with an accredited measuring institute, but serves only as a check.
Emi-Con: Dosing system
The AdBlue dosing system regulates the injection of the urea solution depending on the measured emission values. This essentially consists of a central PLC controller and the sensor module, compressed air module and a pump module.

EMI-LOG customer portal
Our EMI-LOG customer portal “EMI-VIEW” gives you a precise overview of all your EMI-LOG operating data. If you have several EMI-LOGs in operation, several emission monitoring systems can also be added. In the portal, you will find detailed information about warnings and alarms as well as your monthly measurement reports as PDF files, which you can submit to the authorities. You can also enter your e-mail address in the portal to stay informed about the operation of your system at all times. As soon as an alarm occurs, you will receive a warning directly by e-mail.
