Find the right catalytic converter with us

At Emission Partner, we support you with the right catalytic converter for your exhaust system and help you to reduce your emissions. The task of a catalytic converter is to minimize pollutant emissions and contribute to environmental protection.

The catalysts are used in a variety of ways for the oxidation and reduction of gaseous pollutants. They are mainly used in combustion engines, gas turbines, boiler systems and special applications in industry.

Our oxidation catalysts are used in the event of excess oxygen (lean-burn engines). If your system has no excess oxygen oxygenwe install TWC (three-way) catalytic converters. If NOx emissions also need to be reduced, this can only be achieved with SCR catalytic converters in systems with excess oxygen. These reduce NOx gases in accordance with the current requirements of the 44th BImSchV.

Our formula for success for your successful measurement

With the introduction of the 44th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (44th BImSchV) in June 2019, the measurement intervals for exhaust gas measurements were also adjusted. An annual exhaust gas measurement for the emission parameters nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide and formaldehyde is now mandatory for stationary engines, regardless of the type of gas. Sulphur oxide and dust (only for spark-ignition engines) must also be measured every three years. To ensure compliance with the stricter emission requirements, you must be optimally prepared for the measurement.

Emission Partner offers these emission measurements in cooperation with the best measurement institutes in Germany and prepares the operators optimally for this important measurement date.

Emission Partner International

Strict emission limits now apply in Germany, which have been set by the European Union. These limits are generally stricter than the European requirements. Germany has committed itself to complying with these limits and therefore often sets even stricter national standards in order to reduce environmental pollution. This demonstrates our commitment to environmental protection and compliance with international standards. It is therefore becoming increasingly relevant to act internationally in order to achieve a positive effect on the environment worldwide.
