Large-scale field test of the new sulfur-resistant biogas catalyst with fifteen Jenbacher 312 engines. In 2011, a total of one hundred biogas engines will be retrofitted with catalytic converters and about the same number of exhaust gas measurements will be organised and monitored.

Emission Partner and Martin Adam GmbH jointly develop a silencer-SCR reactor combination that is particularly convincing in its compact design, which benefits new system builders and retrofitters!
The 30,000th catalyst is coated.
The silencer-SCR reactor combination developed jointly with Martin Adam GmbH was further developed and perfected. The angular catalyst elements now give way to round catalyst discs and there is only one slot left for them.
The engineers in our development department have developed the “slip barrier” to improve the sealing between the catalytic converter and the internal heat exchanger surface.
The individual plates adapt individually to the respective conditions. As a result, the exhaust slip is significantly reduced and the conversion performance increased.

The SCR exhaust system consists of a silencer, SCR catalytic converters, oxidation catalytic converters and an exhaust gas heat exchanger.
