These emissions include   <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">smoke, formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds (HCHO, VOC), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and odor in the form of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">which can affect both the <a href=\"https:\/\/emission-partner.de\/en\/about-us\/\">environment<\/a> and human health. <\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Emissions during coffee roasting are significantly influenced by the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">degree of roasting<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">roasting process<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">type of coffee bean<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  influenced.
