Oxidation catalysts
Oxidation catalysts are used to clean the exhaust gases of gas engines and ignition jet engines that run on the fuels from biogas plants, sewage gas plants, landfill gas plants and mine gas plants. Oxidation catalysts convert formaldehyde (HCHO), consisting of hydrocarbon (HC) and oxygen (O2), and carbon monoxide (CO) with a conversion rate of > 90 %, to carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O).
Oxidation catalysts are based on very thin, high-temperature-stable foils made of heat-resistant alloys, which are given a honeycomb-like structure by a special winding process. For reliable formaldehyde and carbon monoxide reduction, the wound metal foils are coated with a special coating containing precious metals and resistant to sulfur.
The oxidation catalysts from Emission Partner, are designed for high conversion performance of formaldehyde and carbon monoxide, and long-term stability.
All our oxidation catalysts are 100% manufactured in our own production and for this we guarantee you safe compliance with your emission limits and a passed emission measurement.*
