Simple retrofit
Geeignet für alle Motorentypen und einfach nachrüstbar
Conventional large-scale power plants are still used to generate electricity and heat. Up to now, large power plants have used gas-steam turbines for energy conversion. Recently, large gas engines have also been used. In particular, they are used for primary energy production. However, today’s energy market and the further expansion of renewable energies increasingly require large power plants to operate flexibly. Particularly in the partial load ranges that are now more frequently encountered, the emissions of the power plants increase and require exhaust gas aftertreatment. Emission Partner offers you the right exhaust gas aftertreatment for your large power plant.
The 44th BImSchV applies to medium-sized combustion plants, gas turbines and internal combustion engines with a capacity of 1 to 50 MW.
Large combustion plants (incl. gas turbines and internal combustion engines) with an output greater than 50 MW are regulated by the 13th BImSchV. The following limit values apply to natural gas-fired plants:
CO: 500 mg/Nm³
NOx: 1000 mg/Nm³
Total dust: 50 mg/Nm³
SOx: 350 mg/Nm³
These emission values must be continuously monitored and reported to the authorities.

The 44th Ordinance of the Federal Immission Control (BImSchV) replaces the previously valid TA Luft, which regulated the emissions of combustion engines since 2002. All plants requiring a permit smaller than 1 MW and all plants with more than 1 MW rated thermal input are affected.
The regulations have been further specified by the Federal/State Working Group for Immission Control (LAI) on the basis of VDMA Standard Sheet 6299 and extended to all plants that receive the emission reduction bonus.
With the passing of the 44th BImSchV, in June 2019, Emission Partner has launched the EMI-LOG emission monitoring system to offer you as an operator a simple, stable and functioning solution.
EMI-LOG is an engine manufacturer independent and self-sufficient solution for all engine types, and in addition to continuous compliance with emission limits, you can also meet the requirement of effective operation of your catalyst.
The data to prove the effective operation of the exhaust aftertreatment system is stored DSGVO compliant, both locally and accessible to you in a cloud. With the conclusion of a service contract, you receive automated monthly/annual reports as proof for your authority.

and even stricter limit values.
