For natural gas engines, too, the formaldehyde limit was reduced from 60 mg/Nm³ to 30 mg/Nm³ for existing plants with the implementation recommendation “Formaldehyde” from February 2018. The emission measurement must now be carried out annually instead of every three years. Many plants that have so far fallen below the limit value completely without exhaust after treatment now have to retrofit catalytic converters for the first time. STANDARD SCR REACTOR WITH SQUARE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS
All Emission Partner SCR reactors are made of high temperature stainless steel and contain two rows of SCR catalysts and one row of oxidation catalysts. The catalysts can be replaced individually through three inspection openings. All SCR reactors have measuring ports for temperature, pressure and NOx sensors.

COMPACT SCR-SYSTEM BEFORE AWT
The round SCR compact system promises enormous space advantages with a single slide-in module for both oxidation and SCR catalysts. With always the same overall length, it can be easily integrated into the exhaust system and only varies in diameter with increasing emission reduction requirements.
Nozzles for pressure and temperature sensors are pre-assembled. The screw-on cover simplifies handling and, together with the lamella spring brim on the catalytic converters, ensures optimum sealing and thus minimized exhaust slip.
Silencer SCR unit
REFLECTION SILENCERS WITH CYLINDRICAL CATALYTIC CONVERTERS
This very compact solution, which we developed in cooperation with Adam, integrates the SCR catalyst into the reflective silencer and can therefore be planned without additional space requirements. The reflection part of the silencer – flow-optimised by Emission Partner Know How – ensures optimum mixing of flue gas and aqueous urea solution.
