Formaldehyde direct measurement
Immediate feedback on results through accompanying formaldehyde direct measurement.
With the introduction of the 44th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (44. BImSchV) in June 2019, the measurement intervals for exhaust gas measurements were also adjusted. An annual exhaust gas measurement for the emission parameters nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide and formaldehyde is now mandatory for stationary engines, regardless of the gas type. Sulfur oxide and dust (only for ignition jet engines) must also be measured every three years. In order to safely comply with the stricter emission requirements, you must be optimally prepared for the measurement.
The perfect combination of a well-prepared exhaust gas measurement, a high-quality catalytic converter combined with optimal engine tuning ensures that all engine operators can safely comply with the regulatory requirements and biogas operators can maintain their emission reduction bonus.
Emission Partner offers these emission measurements in cooperation with the best measurement institutes in Germany and prepares the operators optimally for this important measurement date.
With our rapid formaldehyde tester, you can easily and quickly analyze the formaldehyde concentration in the exhaust gas – and this for all combined heat and power plants.
This directly controls the functionality of the catalyst and the timing of the catalyst replacement can be planned more accurately.*.
*The measurement does not replace an emission measurement with an accredited measuring institute, but only serves as a check.
The 44th Ordinance of the Federal Immission Control (BImSchV) replaces the previously valid TA Luft, which regulated the emissions of combustion engines since 2002. All plants requiring a permit smaller than 1 MW and all plants with more than 1 MW rated thermal input are affected.
The regulations have been further specified by the Federal/State Working Group for Immission Control (LAI) on the basis of VDMA Standard Sheet 6299 and extended to all plants that receive the emission reduction bonus.
With the passing of the 44th BImSchV, in June 2019, Emission Partner has launched the EMI-LOG emission monitoring system to offer you as an operator a simple, stable and functioning solution.
EMI-LOG is an engine manufacturer independent and self-sufficient solution for all engine types, and in addition to continuous compliance with emission limits, you can also meet the requirement of effective operation of your catalyst.
The data to prove the effective operation of the exhaust aftertreatment system is stored DSGVO compliant, both locally and accessible to you in a cloud. With the conclusion of a service contract, you receive automated monthly/annual reports as proof for your authority.
