After many years of experience in CHP service, Mario Ostermann, Managing Director of MO Engineering, has set up his own business to pass on his experience and knowledge to engine operators and expand his entrepreneurial success.
“We are a competent partner for on-site CHP maintenance and also take care of the repair of engines and generators for all types of fuel, from bio-gas to natural gas, sewage gas, landfill gas and wood gas, as well as heating and vegetable oil, right up to co-fermentation plants,” says Mario Ostermann, describing his company’s field of activity.
Other fields of activity are welding work of all kinds, as well as assembly work of complex piping structures up to the entire exhaust system from the turbocharger onwards. Mr Ostermann also owns a laser cutting machine for metal processing for laser parts in a wide variety of applications. “Our motto is always: ‘No problem at all’. We find the most efficient solution for our customers and do everything we can to implement it to their satisfaction,” says Mr Ostermann about the work of him and his team.
Among other things, MO Engineering specialises in the commissioning of SCR systems for mainly municipal utilities or municipal customers of Emission Partner.
Mr Ostermann explains: “Since our foundation in 2017, we have been purchasing all exhaust gas aftertreatment products from Emission Partner and are very satisfied. We have been particularly impressed by the cooperation with the field service and the high delivery capacity for standard products.”
Another advantage is the simple handling during the installation of the innovative catalytic converters, which means that long service lives can be maintained during regular operation. Not only catalytic converters for all CHP units are purchased from Emission Partner, but also the exhaust gas measurements for receiving the emission reduction bonus are booked through Emission Partner. The recycling of old catalytic converters that have been removed is also successfully handled by Emission Partner.
